Nate Searle, MSc BCBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the Senior Associate at the ABLE Developmental Clinic Inc, and a Registered Autism Service Provider in the province of BC. Nate holds a Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University. Nate is also a certified senior instructor with the Crisis Prevention Institute and has been teaching Non Violent Crisis Intervention since 2006.
Nate has more then 16 years of hands on experience, and has worked with a variety of students who are vocal and non-vocal; beginning, intermediate and advanced learners; and children with various difficult behaviour profiles. Nate is adept at analyzing behaviour, putting effective interventions into place and bringing about appropriate changes in behaviour. He has worked in various cities and towns across British Columbia and the Yukon.
Throughout his career Nate has worked in home based, school and residential settings providing treatment, training and interventions to a variety of students, holding the titles of Behaviour Analyst, Clinical Supervisor, Supervisor, and School based Instructor, and Senior Behaviour Instructor. He has had the opportunity to work with more than 100 students, of varying ages, and with varying diagnoses. Nate has worked under a dozen different analysts and consultants, including several world-renowned analysts Dr. Richard Foxx and Dr. Michael Cataldo.
His current areas of interest and research include fitness, the treatment of anxiety, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
